Megan Tingey is a board certified physician assistant who has been at Northern Utah Dermatology since 2014.  Prior to joining Northern Utah Dermatology she was employed as a dermatology physician assistant for seven years in Delaware’s largest dermatology practice.  Megan also worked as a surgical physician assistant assisting one of the premier Mohs surgeons in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area. She earned her Master’s of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Philadelphia University in 2004. Her undergraduate studies were completed at the University of Utah where she obtained a Bachelors of Science in Behavioral Science and Health in 2002.

Megan is dedicated to taking the necessary time with her patients to ensure proper care and patient education.  Her focus is on quality patient care and empowering her patients to make the best health care decisions.  As a dermatology physician assistant Megan diagnoses and treats a variety of common skin conditions including acne, eczema, warts, psoriasis, rosacea and skin cancer. She also performs comprehensive skin exams and minor surgeries.

Megan resides in Syracuse with two sons. In her spare time she enjoys fossil hunting, quilting, and playing board games with friends and family.
